“Hi everyone, here’s an overview of who I am for those that don’t know me;
I’ve been a fully qualified personal trainer for over 11 years now and helped so many people achieve their goals in that time. All varying ages, fitness levels, exercise experience, sporting backgrounds and goals. I adapt to suit the clients needs in order to help them achieve the results they want. The sessions should be enjoyable but challenging, if you don’t enjoy what you do, you will never stick to it long term. That’s in relation to nutrition as well as training, implementing sustainable practices and therefore sustainable results.
Alongside being a Personal Trainer, I’m a qualified Fitness Instructor (includes spinning, circuit training), Sports Massage Therapist and have a BA Sport & Exercise Science Degree.
I’m passionate about running as well as strength and conditioning. I’ve ran distances from 5k to ultramarathons competitively. I managed to achieve a qualifying time for the London Marathon with my debut marathon at Manchester in 2024 with a time of 2h:50m:36s. I did a 24-hour ultramarathon event called ‘Equinox’ and managed to complete 13 laps solo: a total of 80 miles. I’m looking to build on my running career to achieve more targets and personal bests across all distances.

Group Training Membership: £35 per month, payable by standing order.
Recovery is just as important as training, book in for a sports massage with Matt.
- Initial Appointment: Initial assessments: 15 min/60 min massage: £60.
- 60 mins (After initial assessment): £50.
- 30 mins: £30.
